A ministry of Shore Church, serving Shipshewana families since 1995.
A small outreach that became a trusted early-learning home.
Rainbow Years Learning Ministry was established in 1995 as a mission of Shore Church (then Shore Mennonite Church) to provide quality childcare to the Shipshewana community and surrounding counties of northeast Indiana.
What started as a small outreach has grown into a trusted early-learning program serving children from infancy through age eleven. We’ve watched families bring us their first child, then their second, then their nieces and nephews. What happens here matters, and it lasts.
Our mission is simple: create a place where children are physically safe, emotionally secure, and intellectually enriched, all grounded in Christian love.
Three beliefs that shape every day.
- 01
Every child belongs here.
We accept enrollment from families without regard to race, creed, color, nationality, or religion.
- 02
Parents are partners.
Staff work alongside you to help your child reach their potential. You know your child best, and we never forget that.
- 03
Faith is part of the fabric.
We blend monthly chapel and daily prayer into a curriculum focused on the whole child: mind, body, and spirit.
Grounded in the work of Shore Church.
Rainbow Years is one of the ministries of Shore Church, a Christ-centered fellowship in Shipshewana. While we welcome every family regardless of background, our work is grounded in the church’s mission of love, service, and discipleship.
Staff you can trust, fully trained.
Childcare is serious work. Every person on our team keeps their training current, so you can focus on your day knowing your child is in experienced hands.
